ROTA is a legal services brand of Mr Gokhan Kurtulus. This notice explains how personal data is processed when you contact us about a traffic case.

Contact and identification details, information about your traffic case, submitted documents, insurance details and other information you voluntarily provide. This may include judicial or other sensitive data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your request, checking conflicts of interest and preparing possible legal services.
- After express acceptance: providing legal advice and representation.
- Complying with legal, professional and administrative duties and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Sensitive or criminal data is processed only where necessary and legally permitted.
4. Case check and messages
The case check does not store your case information on the website. The buttons only open a prepared email or WhatsApp message. We receive the information only when you send the message yourself.
5. Recipients and security
Data is shared only where necessary, for example with IT providers, insurers, bailiffs, experts, courts or public authorities. Professional secrecy and appropriate security measures apply.
6. Retention
Data is not retained longer than necessary for its purpose, handling the case and applicable legal and professional retention duties.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object via info@rotarecht.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
